Our products are made on demand after your order is placed. This allows us to create premium apparel while reducing unnecessary waste and keeping each collection intentional.

Processing Time

Orders typically require:

2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

NXL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package appears lost or has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help investigate.
